Express International (Courier):
- Faster international delivery.
- Transit estimate: 6–10 business days after processing.
- Typical cost: US$25–US$60 (or equivalent).
Overnight / Next-Day (where available):
- Available only to select domestic pin codes and products.
- Transit estimate: 1 business day after processing (select areas).
- Typical cost: Premium quoted at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Delivery time = processing time + transit time.
- Order processing time: We generally process and pack orders within 1–3 business days business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Transit (carrier) delivery estimates:
- Standard: 3–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited: 1–3 business days after processing.
- International (economy): 12–25 business days after processing.
- International (express/courier): 6–10 business days after processing.

Tracking Information:
- After your order ships, we'll send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link.
- You can also view tracking info in your account order history (if you created an account).
- If you don’t receive a tracking number within 2–4 business days after your order has been placed, please contact us.
Delivery Issues and Delays:
- Delayed delivery: Carriers may experience delays due to weather, high volume (holidays), or other disruptions. If tracking shows a delay, please allow an extra 5 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international) before contacting us.
- Lost packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbours, building management, or other household members first. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the carrier’s “delivered” date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
- Damaged items: If an item arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and take photos of both the package and the item. Please contact us within 7 days.
- Incorrect shipping address: If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update it; once shipped, additional fees may apply to reroute or reship. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
International Shipping:
- Delivery times: Estimated at 12–25 business days after processing, plus any customs clearance time, which can add days or weeks depending on the destination country.
- Customs, duties & taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in your shipping cost. Please check local import rules before ordering.
- Customs delays: Customs inspections can delay delivery. We cannot control customs processing and are not responsible for delays or additional charges.
- Restricted/prohibited items: Some items cannot be shipped to certain countries. If your order contains restricted goods, we will contact you and, if necessary, cancel the item and refund you.
- Returns from international orders: If a return is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
